My passion is improving operational efficiency of medical care provision and I have done this at scale for practices in London, U.K. I am very passionate in driving the integration of technology to support the provision of high quality patient care.

As a General Practitioner working as a partner in a large practice and COVID vaccination lead during the pandemic, I have devised and implemented technological solutions supporting high quality digital healthcare provision. I was Clinical lead for C the Signs from 2018-2023, leading a team of clinicians and developers to create a multi-award winning app successfully supporting doctors to improve early cancer detection rates across the UK.

Mr. Rumpler has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience with a track record in building, scaling and improving enterprise value in both the for-profit and not for profit sectors. His additional skills include familiarity with legal and regulatory affairs, operations and finance. He has extensive expertise including life sciences, scientific instrumentation and tech based economic development and entrepreneurship. He co-founded two life science companies - M3 Biotechnology and EpigeneSys.

Mr. Hust has 25 years of entrepreneurial experience with a focus on technology and early-stage development. He generally participates as a founder, investor and/or advisor. He holds numerous, patents and patents pending in the fields of Material Science, AI/Intelligent Systems, Data Fusion, Biometrics, and Behavioural Health. He’s worked extensively with the US Government, various US National Labs, and a handful of Fortune 500 companies.

Our project is in collaboration with i3 Solutions lead by CEO Jade Deinla. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Philippines. Jade has extensive experience spearheading a number of projects for the Philippines Government including the Driver’s Licence Automation System and Anti Money Laundering Council System of the Central Bank. He has been the appointed head of the Department of Information and Communications Technology ICT Co-ordination Committee since 2010.

Mr. Roark is a serial entrepreneur, active angel investor and board member for technology businesses with experience in life science industry and beyond. He is CEO and founder of Gestalt Diagnostics commercializing AI/ML enabled digital pathology software solutions for disease diagnosis. His focus encompasses the development and commercialization of an array of patented solutions for industrial automation and consumables - fueling technologies including the Human Genome Project.
